Fixed Fee Conveyancing
We offer a Fixed Professional Fee of $1,800 for standard sale and purchase conveyancing transactions.
This fee is all-inclusive for our professional services from beginning to end.
Standard disbursements (such as property searches, certificates, and government charges) are additional and will be itemised separately. Our fixed fee structure provides certainty and transparency, so you know the professional costs of your conveyancing from the outset.
