Firstly, a Contract for Sale needs to be prepared before you can legally market your property.
To start things off, we will send you a short questionnaire to gather essential information about your property and circumstances, enabling us to prepare a contract tailored to your specific needs.
We will begin the preparation of your contract within 3 business hours of receiving your completed questionnaire form.

Contracts
We can deliver the contract to your agent within 24 hours of receiving your completed form. The final contract will be issued upon receipt of the Zoning Certificate from Council.
The Zoning Certificate is one of a bundle of mandatory 'prescribed documents' required in the contract. The timeframe for receiving this certificate varies by Council jurisdiction.
Interested Buyers
Our team will manage all communication with solicitors and conveyancers representing potential purchasers.
This includes addressing enquiries, providing guidance, and advising both you and your agent in relation to their requests.
Exchange of Contracts
Once negotiations are finalised with the potential purchaser, we will facilitate the exchange of Contracts.
This is where the Contract becomes binding, and a deposit is paid by the purchaser.
Settlement
We will guide you through the pre-settlement process, meticulously outlining all financial transactions to occur on settlement.
We will coordinate the transfer of ownership on the designated settlement due date, and ensure proceeds are distributed according to your instructions.
