Step One
We take the matter over immediately after exchange .
Step Two
We do requisitions on title, carry out searches and complete the matter.
Step Three
We return the matter to you, fully accomplished and ready to go.
From 1 July 2018 the NSW Government has required that all ‘standalone transfer’ are to be carried out electronically. If your firm has not yet signed up with PEXA, or you are signed up but not ‘trained up’, why not ask us to complete your settlement electronically.
