We are able to give your clients the best most cost effective and quick service in their property transaction.

From 1 July 2018 the NSW Government has required that all ‘standalone transfer’ are to be carried out electronically. If your firm has not yet signed up with PEXA, or you are signed up but not ‘trained up’, why not ask us to complete your settlement electronically.

We will open a digital Workspace (or accept an invitation to an already opened Workspace) and input data. If your client is borrowing money to complete the purchase, we will invite your client’s lender or discharging mortgagee into the Workspace as well.

Signing on behalf of clients: We will sign documents on your client’s behalf, submit documents for lodgment with the relevant Land Registry and do anything else necessary to complete the transaction digitally.

Settlement funds: For a purchaser, if funds are to be contributed to settlement on behalf of your client, then instead of arranging a trust cheque, or asking your client to arrange a bank cheque, we will simply ask that the money is transferred to the PEXA Source Account prior to settlement. For your clients sale, we can also input the vendor’s banking details so that the money automatically transfers to their nominated account, instead of your client receiving a bank cheque – your client could receive funds on the same day as settlement. This is the same for your fees on a sale or purchase also!
